It can be refrigerated for up to 14+ days.

After 14 days it will slowly turn into fermented Apple Juice. (Which the Lapp Family loves so much!)

These Apples were grown on a Certified Organic Farm in Michigan. They were naturally tree-ripened, so they weren't artificially treated to become ripe.
