Host a Pickup Location — CWH Ministry

Host a Pickup Location

Bring fresh, farm-direct food to your neighborhood — with almost no effort on your part.

Serve Your Community From Your Own Home

A pickup host is someone who volunteers their home as a weekly self-serve stop for their neighbors to collect their CWH Ministry orders. It's a simple, low-effort way to bring real farm food to your area — and your community will thank you for it.

We handle everything on our end. You just provide the space.

No selling, no handling payments, no complicated setup. You open your door once a week and let your neighbors grab their food. That's it.

How Hosting Works — Week by Week

1

We Deliver to You

On delivery day, we bring all the community's orders to your home in ice chests and labeled boxes.

2

Neighbors Come Pick Up

Beneficiaries in your area come to your home to grab their own orders. It's fully self-serve — no one needs your help.

3

Chests Stay at Your Home

The ice chests stay at your place until the following week's delivery, keeping everything organized.

4

We Swap & Repeat

We pick up the empty chests on the next delivery and the cycle continues — simple and consistent every week.

Who Makes a Great Host?

Hosting is a great fit if any of these describe you:

🏡

You have a front porch, garage, or accessible spot where neighbors can easily pick up.

🤝

You're connected to a community — a neighborhood, church group, homeschool co-op, or similar.

🥛

You already love and use CWH Ministry food and want to share it with the people around you.

📍

You live in an area that doesn't yet have a nearby pickup location — and you'd like to change that.

Benefits of Being a Host

Hosting takes almost no effort on your part, but it means a lot to us — and to your community. As a small token of our appreciation, hosts receive a few extras from our family:

🏷️
15% off all your food orders

Every order you place as a host gets 15% off — our way of making sure the farm blesses your family too.

🏡
One free night at the Farm's Guest House

Come visit the farm and stay overnight in our guest house — it sleeps up to 14 people, perfect for a family getaway.

🌿
Free entry to Farm Day each year

Join us for our annual Farm Day — a fun, open-farm event for families to connect with where their food comes from.

🎁
Occasional special foods & yearly treats

From time to time, hosts receive special foods we have in very limited supply. And once a year, we love to send a little extra — like pumpkin pie around Thanksgiving or fresh-baked Christmas cookies.

Common Questions From Hosts

Very little. You don't need to sort, pack, or hand out orders. We deliver everything labeled and organized. Your neighbors come, find their own order, and leave. Most hosts spend less than 10 minutes of active involvement per week.
No. A front porch, entryway, garage, or even a shaded outdoor spot works fine. The ice chests and boxes don't take up much room, and neighbors typically come and go quickly.
No cost. Hosting is completely free. We provide the ice chests and handle all the logistics. You simply provide the pickup space.
As long as there's an accessible spot on your property where we can leave the delivery, you don't need to be home. We'll coordinate the details with you during setup.
