What Is a Food Ministry — and What Is a Beneficiary?

Because of strict raw milk regulations in many states, it became very difficult for small farms like ours to offer their amazing healthy food to others, so our family started CWH Ministry — a food ministry that allows us to offer our farm's food to our beneficiaries.

Becoming a beneficiary is simply our way of saying "becoming a member." There are no required orders, no meetings, and no ongoing commitment. Just a simple one-time application, and you're in.

Because of this ministry structure, you'll notice some different wording on our site — things like Gift Amount, Suggested Gift Total, and Gift Deduction.

Note: We only offer food to our beneficiaries. We are receiving new Beneficiaries, and it only takes minutes.

Fill Out the Application

A simple one-time form — your name, address, and signature. The $10 application fee is charged after your first order.

Add Items & Choose Pickup or Delivery

Browse the store, add your favorites, and select your nearest weekly pickup location or home delivery at checkout.

Pick Up Your Food

When your order is ready, head to the pickup location. (Or for Home Delivery: watch for your delivery.)

Order Deadline: Orders must be placed 3–4 days before your pickup day so we can pack everything on time. Once the deadline passes, your order is locked in.

No — every item has a set gift amount. In plain terms, we offer you the food in exchange for a gift amount of $X. The word "suggested" is part of our ministry language, not a signal that amounts are flexible.
Yes — you can add to or edit your order right up until the ordering deadline, which is 3–4 days before your pickup day. After that, the order is locked in.
Because of raw milk regulations in many states, we operate as a food ministry rather than a public store. The application makes you a beneficiary of the ministry, which is what allows us to legally offer our food to you. It's quick, simple, and only done once.
No. The $10 application fee is a one-time charge. There are no ongoing membership fees, no required orders, and no subscriptions.
Your gift amount is charged the day before your delivery or pickup date — not when you place the order. This allows us to adjust for the exact weight of any meat items in your order.

Healthy Food Options:

Clearview Waterfalls Health Ministry (CWHM)
  • Is a Private Irrevocable Ecclesiastical Trust; and,
  • Is an “Integrated Auxiliary” of a “Church”, both terms referenced in 26 USC 508(c)(1)(A); and,
  • Is not in business and therefore is not engaged in intrastate, interstate, or foreign commerce; and,
  • Is not in the business of selling its natural, organic foods to the general public; and,
  • Offers its foods only to Beneficiaries who have:
    • Completed an application,
    • Provided a consideration of $10.00, and
    • Been approved by a CWHM Trustee; and,
  • Asks only for a “gift amount” in exchange for its foods.
