Hey There,

If you feel led by God to help our Farm with our on-going Farm bills and needs, feel free to send a donation or order more food from the Farm!

To send a donation, Make check payable to: Abner Lapp 309 Clearview Drive, Quarryville, PA 17566. (Or you can send via PayPal to Abnerlapp@gmail.com)

For anybody that gives $5,000 or more, we want to express our appreciation by inviting you to the Farm for a day, and share wonderful food, share information that we have learned, having you involved in our daily chores, Horse & Buggy ride, Garden tour, talk about our Amish tradition or anything that is of interest to you, and we'll give you some special foods to take home!

Thank you so much for your Kindness! I pray that God will richly reward you, your children, and your inheritance.

You are such a Big help to our Farm!

God Bless You!

Free Home Remedies from the Amish

Amish Home Remedies From Our Farmhouse | CWH Ministry Growing up on a fourth-generation Amish farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I never once saw a medicine cabinet full of store-bought pills. What I saw instead was my Mom — quiet, unhurried, and utterly confident — reaching for what the land and the kitchen already provided. These remedies aren't things she read in a book. They were passed down from her father, and his grandparents before him. I'm sharing them with you because they've blessed our family, and I believe they can bless yours too. Remedy No. 1 Mattie's Recipe for Flus, Colds & Immune Building This is my Mom's go-to at the very first sign of a flu coming on. It's warming, soothing — and honestly, it tastes so good you'll want it even when you're feeling fine. You'll Need 1 whole lemon — sliced, rind and all — in a quart jar or mug 1 tablespoon raw honey 2 drops Thieves Essential Oil (we use Young Living, or any immune-boosting oil) 2 drops Oregano Oil How to Make It Place the sliced lemon (with rind) into your jar or mug. Add the raw honey, Thieves oil, and oregano oil. Fill to the top with boiling water. Let steep for at least 30 minutes. Sip slowly while you work — or wrap up in a blanket and rest. Farmhouse Tip: The longer it steeps, the stronger and more effective it becomes. Don't rush it — good things take time on the farm. From Our Farmhouse to Yours These remedies aren't complicated. They don't come with a long list of ingredients or a big price tag. They come from something simpler — generations of people who paid attention, who cared for each other, and who trusted what the land provided. My Mom still uses every one of these. I hope they serve your family as well as they've served ours.

What Does a Morning look like at the Farm?

A morning on the Farm reminds me of what the phrase from the Bible in Lamentations: "Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness."
