Cow Yogurt, Cream Topquart in glass

Make your own yogurt.

• 1/2-gallon milk
• 1 tablespoon yogurt culture

If the milk is cold, warm it to room temperature. (We use fresh warm milk.

add your culture, then leave in room temperature for 24-36 hours or until the milk is firm (does not splash around in the jar)

Enjoy with honey or maple syrup.

Peach Smoothy

• 1-quart frozen peaches
• 1-quart yogurt
• 1/8 cup maple syrup
