Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Who we are

CWH Ministry is a work of Clearview Waterfalls Health Ministry, a Private Irrevocable Ecclesiastical Trust and an integrated auxiliary of a church, as those terms are referenced in 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A). The Trust holds its property, real and personal, for the benefit of the Risen Lord Jesus Christ and its Charitable Beneficiaries. By using this site or making a request, you agree to these terms.

Not a business

Becoming a Charitable Beneficiary

The Trust offers its assets and services only to its non-public Charitable Beneficiaries. To become one, you complete a private, contractual application, tender a one-time consideration of $10.00, and are approved by a Trustee of the ministry or an agent the Trustees appoint, who is responsible for approving or denying each application. Once approved, you have the equitable right to enjoy the use of the Trust’s assets and services in exchange for the gift amount the Trust recommends. Your signed application is part of these terms; where the two speak to the same thing, the application leads.

Gift exchanges are final

Every exchange of a charitable gift for Trust assets is final, but the Trust may give a reversal (a replacement, credit or a refund) when it is fair to both sides. See “Making things right” below.

How requests work

When you confirm a request, your card is saved, not charged. Your request stays open and editable until your location’s ordering deadline; at the deadline it locks and we pack it.

Your authorization to charge your saved card

By confirming a request you authorize us to charge your saved card the final gift amount when your request is packed, including adjustments for items priced by weight, without a separate confirmation at that moment. Credit on your account is always used before your card.

Items priced by weight

Amounts shown for weighed items are honest estimates based on average weights. The final gift amount reflects the actual weight, a little above or below the estimate.

If something is unavailable

If an item cannot be packed, it is left out and you are not charged for it.

Pickup and delivery

Please collect your request during your location’s pickup window. Much of what we pack is perishable: if you cannot make it, tell us as early as you can. Requests that are packed but never collected may still be charged, since the food was packed for you.

Making things right

If something in your request is not right, write to us within a few days and we will make it right, usually with credit on your next request or a replacement.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save creates a new request for you on the rhythm you chose. Each one is editable until its deadline like any other and charged the same way when packed. Pause, change or stop it any time under My Account.

Credit and gift cards

Credit and gift cards apply to future requests and have no cash value.

Our foods

We offer farm foods, some of them raw or minimally processed. Descriptions are honest and plain; you are responsible for your own informed choices about the foods you choose for your household.

The community

Be kind, be honest, and post only what you have the right to share. We look over posts, and we may remove a post or close an account to keep the community safe. What you post stays yours; you allow us to show it in the community.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and your details current. We may close an account that misuses the site.

The honest limits

We run this site with great care, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss connected with using it is limited to the gift amount of the request concerned. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.

How these terms are read

These terms are a private contract. They are read according to the maxims of the historic Anglo-American common law and equity jurisprudence of the United States of America in effect at the ratification of the Constitution in 1789, and the freedom of contract secured by Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, this page will say so. Questions go to Support@cwhministry.org.
