Each pickup spot has its own ordering deadline — most close on Tuesday night. You’ll find the exact deadline on your spot’s card above, at the top of the shop page, and in your cart.
Yes. Until the ordering deadline you can add items or change your order, and anything you add joins the same order.
Nothing is charged until your order is packed. Items sold by weight are charged at their exact weight.
There is no delivery fee on pickup orders over $30. Smaller orders carry a $10 fee.
Milk and other cold foods wait in coolers at the pickup spot until you come. In warm weather, bring a cooler bag for the drive home.
Please pick up during your window. We’re sorry, but food can’t go back to the farm, so anything not picked up during the pickup window is given away. If you know ahead of time that you can’t make it, let us know through our contact page before the ordering deadline and we’ll gladly help.
We’re sorry! Just let us know — reply to your order email, text us, or use our contact page — and the credit goes on your next order automatically.
Yes. Under My Account → My Subscription you can skip a delivery, pause, change what comes, or cancel any time — no phone call needed.
